Calculator inputs
The calculators run in your browser. This edition does not send guest counts, ingredient lists or prices to our server and does not save them to browser storage. Reloading restores the initial examples.
Website access
The hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as network addresses and browser requests. This is separate from values typed into calculators.
Advertising and analytics
AdSense account-verification metadata and a real ads.txt authorization are present. This edition has no active third-party advertising. A Google consent message and responsive ad unit are prepared. Before activation, the consent choices and actual data uses must be checked.
Visitor measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and loading performance using a browser beacon. It receives page and technical performance information, separate from calculator input values. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or localStorage for usage metrics or fingerprint people. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and its data collection documentation. This public site has no newsletter service.
Public guest chat
Chat messages, display names, replies, guest reference tags and timestamps are public. Anyone can read them. Do not post personal or sensitive information. Names are unverified; no email or registration is required to chat.
A necessary, secure, HttpOnly guest-session cookie lasts for seven days. It is used to post, report and identify your own messages for deletion. Its identifier is stored as a hash in a separate Cloudflare D1 database, together with your name and session expiry. If this cookie expires or is cleared, self-service deletion is no longer available; request removal through the contact address.
The room displays the latest 100 messages from the last 30 days. Expired messages, sessions and rate-limit records are removed during chat requests; stored expired records can remain until another request runs that cleanup. The owner can remove messages earlier. Reports store a message reference, guest session reference, reason and time for owner review, and are deleted when the corresponding message is removed. A report does not automatically hide a message. There is no promise of continuous moderation.
Chat security
Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to verify joining, posting and reporting. Verification happens on the server. The chat service uses a temporary keyed hash of the network address for hourly rate limits; it does not store the raw address in its chat database. Hosting and security providers can process technical information separately. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Public chat carries no advertisements.
Email messages are handled by the email provider and used to respond. Do not include sensitive personal information in a calculator question.
